Dyynateq Acquired by The Chiltern Group


The Directors of Dyynateq are pleased to announce that Dyynateq has now been acquired by Chiltern Glass Fibre (Scotland) Ltd following a short period in administration. 
 

The company continues to manufacture and trade as Dyynateq from its premises in Abercorn Street and will continue to supply current contracts.

 The company is also pleased to announce that it has secured several new UK contracts including not only the supply of our standard range, but also the development and supply of bespoke items including specialist contracts for GRP structural work, Swimming Pool Flume Refurbishment & GRP Coating on Plastic Process Pipe Work.

 Dyynateq will be part of the Chiltern Group of companies which has a turnover in excess of £9.5 million in the year to 31st March 2009, employing 130 staff in various UK locations. The group has a great resource of technical expertise in glass fibre manufacture and Dyynateq will be able to draw on this resource.

 Key Personnel:

  •  Gary Plumridge, Managing Director

Gary is responsible for all aspects of Chiltern Glass Fibre and Dyynateq and will provide the guidance and support to all aspects of the business.

· John Webster, General Manager

· Tenders & Quotations (compilation of and authorisation of all pricing etc).

· Sales & Technical Support.

John is responsible for the overall running of Dyynateq and will continue to develop & liaise with the current customer base and identify new business streams for the future expansion of the Dyynateq operation.

· Ian Mitchell, Operations Manager

· Purchasing & Invoicing.

· Production Orders / Material Call Off (co-ordination of Production Dept).

· Delivery Dates (authorisation to ship).

· All financial issues relating to payments (incoming & outgoing).

Ian will be responsible for the overall running of operations and although he has ultimate authority he is supported by a highly skilled team and will depend on them to ensure a swift response for all quotes and timely deliveries. In addition to the production schedules Ian will be responsible for overseeing the financial systems and cash collection ensuring the smooth running of the accounts. 

To ensure that all operations deliver our best level of service these key personnel are the main points of contact within their respective areas.
